Human Resources Internship

Job description

Who we are:

EVBox is the leading global manufacturer of electric vehicle charging stations and charging management software. With the largest installed base of over 60,000 charging points including 700 fast charging points in 45 countries, EVBox drives sustainable mobility, by bringing scalable and future-proof electric vehicle charging solutions to the world.

Are you ambitious, hands-on, do you have eye for detail and do you like to work in a fast growing and international company where you get a lot of freedom and chances to develop yourself? Then this might be the opportunity you are looking for.

As an HR Intern at EVBox you will work in a small HR team which means you will get a lot of different tasks and responsibility for your own projects from the very beginning.

Just a ‘usual’ day in the office …

A workday in HR is never typical but just to give you an impression, your day could start with screening resumes of candidates, scheduling interviews at the office, preparing employment contracts and in the meantime answering incoming questions from applicants and external parties such as recruitment agencies.

You are responsible for an accurate HR administration and help our employees whenever they have questions.

After a good lunch in the office (provided by EVBox for just a small monthly contribution), you do a direct search on LinkedIn or StackOverflow to find suitable candidates. You prepare visa applications for new international EVBoxers and help support our expats with their 30% Dutch tax ruling application.

Currently, we are also working on a learning and development program for all our national and international employees. This includes supporting us in the monthly organisation of our on-boarding trainings for our new hires, as well as helping to organise the quarterly in-depth training academy for all our international employees.

Requirements

We are looking for you if …
