For our team at EVBox HQ in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a dedicated Sales Operations RepresentativeYou will be a part of our dynamic and fast-growing team and be responsible for expanding EVBox within existing partners and customers. 


Your daily activities will consist of:

Customer Management:

  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Operate as the single point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and partners
  • Respond to and follow up on sales and information enquiries by email and phone
  • Provide product and service advice to existing customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and products 
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Optimize your customers’ experience and build strong and lasting relationships with key customer contacts
  • Contribute to our evolving sales culture and come up with own ideas on how to improve sales processes further 
  • Keep client knowledge up-to-date

Sales Opportunities:

  • Follow up on new leads and referrals
  • Identify business opportunities to help us grow even more
  • Set up proposals based on insights and customer/partner input

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree
  • A commercial mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Proactivity and commitment to achieve outstanding operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Dynamic team player, eager to learn and with hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of the EV sector and our solutions
  • Affinity with sustainable, green tech work environments
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
